New for the spring/summer of 2024, RMR Football is excited to launch the SR HIGH Flag Football program for students in Gr. 9-12! This new program provides a competitive stream for new and experienced athletes. For 2024, the program will gauge interest and attempt to launch in four communities Cranbrook, Kimberley, Invermere, and Fernie.

Kootenay Football League SR Flag - Spring 2024 Information

• Who: Current grade 9-12 students​

• Dates/Times:

  • Practices are suggested for Monday or Tuesday nights. Changes may occur if a different date and time serves better in a particular location or coaches availability. Teams may practice more at coaches' discretion. 

  • Games will be scheduled for Thursday nights, although some alternate days and times may be needed. We are working to accommodate multiple sports and field availabilities this spring. 

• Equipment: Cleats (preferred) or athletic footwear

• Cost: $145 per player (Includes game jerseys) + 2024 BCPFA Registration & Insurance ($55 one-time per player annually). ​​

  • $25 Family discount for families registering with multiple players.​

Game days and start times may change based on community. Suggested start time is 6:30. All games are double-headers.
